Every QUAN VEEZY piece is released through a limited pre-order system. Products are not kept in stock and are produced after the pre-order window closes.

Pre-Order Timeline

• Orders are collected during the pre-order period.
• Production begins after the pre-order window ends.
• Production typically takes 2–5 weeks.
• Once production is complete, orders will be packaged and shipped.

Customers will receive email updates throughout the process.

After your order ships:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays and destination.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After production begins, all sales are considered final.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout once your order has shipped.

Delays

Because every item is made during the pre-order process, unexpected production delays may occur. If delays arise, customers will be notified via email and social media.

Lost or Stolen Packages

QUAN VEEZY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
